Majestic Rails was recommended to me by my flooring vendor and I was also able to see an example of their work in a neighbor's home. I had a good experience with them including in-home design/estimate and interaction with the office staff. I found their website helpful in choosing features to include in my new stairway banister, balusters and step renovations. Since my project required staining, I took Majestic Rails' recommendation for a painter/stain expert and was also very pleased with his work. I was especially pleased with the installation work done by Sergi. He was upfront in setting my expectations for his work schedule, was meticulous with details and clean-up and made a couple of suggestions that deviated from the initial plan. I agreed with each of his ideas and was more pleased with the outcome than I would have been with the original design. While not every change in construction can be done with no additional charge, only one change order on my project required a modest additional fee and that was for additional materials only. Sergi had to return a few days after initial installation would have been completed for the final change order. He worked my follow-up work into his busy schedule and worked professionally and quickly with the paint and stain team who happened to be there the same day. I have already recommended Majestic Rails to my neighbors and will continue to do so when occasion arises in the future.

Majestic Rails did a great job with our handrail installation and fabrication. They worked very closely with us to give us the look that we wanted! Extremally happing with the staircase and handrail. If you are looking for quality workmanship, these are your guys.

I highly recommend Majestic Rails after they did a fantastic job on our project. We had a new railing and newel post installed in our basement and also had them remove and reinstall our existing balusters on our main level as part of a larger LVP installation with another company. Unfortunately we had several scheduling hiccups from the LVP install but Majestic was great and worked with us, having to twice, push back the timeline of their work. Once work began, Sergei did a fantastic job on the basement railing and baluster reinstallation. He’s the most meticulous contractor we’ve ever worked with! We are so pleased with our new basement railing and the baluster reinstallation! We would highly recommend them!

We replaced our 30 year old carpeted stairs with wood stairs and steel rails. The whole process was thorough and easy to navigate from the estimating through completion. They gave us a few different options to meet our needs and within our budget. The quality of the finished product is outstanding and the installer was always prompt, professional, and kept the work area clean and organized.
